1. Overview

At StudioSelf, we want you to be satisfied with our Service. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for our subscription plans.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
  • Any unused Generation Points will expire at the end of the billing period.
  • We do not provide partial refunds for unused time in a billing period.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Used Generation Points: Points that have already been consumed for image generation cannot be refunded, as the AI processing costs are incurred immediately.
  • Partial month usage: We do not prorate refunds for partial billing periods.
  • Dissatisfaction with AI output: AI-generated images are creative and results may vary. We cannot guarantee specific results as AI generation is inherently variable.

4. Eligible Refunds

We will consider refunds in the following cases:

  • Technical errors: If a verified technical error on our part caused your Generation Points to be deducted without producing any images.
  • Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period.
  • Service unavailability: If the Service was unavailable for an extended period (more than 72 hours) due to issues on our end.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at cloudnest.tech02@gmail.com with:

  • Your registered email address
  • The date of the charge
  • The reason for your refund request
  • Any relevant screenshots or details

We will respond within 3-5 business days.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
